    • A $25 deposit is required to reserve your appointment

    • The deposit is applied toward your total service cost — there is no additional charge for reserving a spot

    • If something comes up, rescheduling is always welcome with at least 24 hours’ notice

    • This policy helps avoid scheduling issues and ensures everything runs smoothly

    • Deposits are refundable with at least 24 hours’ notice

    • Same-day cancellations are non-refundable

    • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days

    • You may pay in full online when booking or after service is completed

    • The remaining balance is due upon completion of service if not paid online

    • Online payment is available for a faster, contactless experience

    • Accepted payments: Cash, Card, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay

    • Pricing reflects the time, care, and attention dedicated to each vehicle

    • Professional-grade tools and premium products are used on every service

    • Each appointment is scheduled to allow for proper results, not rushed work

  • In colder conditions (below 43°F), appointments may need to be rescheduled. Detailing products do not perform properly in low temperatures, which can affect application and results. Rescheduling helps ensure finishes cure correctly and quality is maintained.

    During rainy conditions, services will be paused or rescheduled for safety and quality. If weather is inconsistent (such as light or intermittent rain), we can either proceed if conditions allow or reschedule based on your preference and what’s best for results.

    In cases of heavy fog, service can still be completed; however, drying times may take longer. If moisture increases the risk of debris settling on the vehicle after service, rescheduling may be recommended.

    Clear communication will always be provided if weather conditions affect your appointment.
