Why People Matter to Me
Before detailing, I spent over 10+ years working in customer-facing roles. Talking to people has always come naturally to me. I like getting to know who someone is, what kind of person they are, and what they value.
I enjoy working with people who are down to earth, respectful, and relaxed. I don’t like negative energy or being treated like “just the guy cleaning the car.” I’m human, and I appreciate being treated that way.
Some clients like long conversations. Others are busy and keep things short. I’m comfortable with both. What matters most to me is mutual respect and a positive experience on both sides.
When a client is patient, understanding, and treats me like a person — that’s the kind of client I truly enjoy working with.
