The Owner I Choose to Be
I’m a laid-back owner by nature.
I don’t believe in strict, cold policies meant to control people. Rules should exist to protect both the client and myself — not to create tension or fear.
I want clients to feel like I’m a casual neighbor or a friend showing up to help, not a corporate service with an attitude. When I leave, I hope people say they had a positive experience — not just with the work, but with me as a person.
I always ask for feedback, because growth matters to me more than ego.
